Our standards exist to protect every resident and create an environment where recovery can thrive. Structure isn't punishment — it's a foundation.
Sponsor & Recovery Support
- •Obtain a sponsor within 30 days of move-in
- •Maintain active, regular sponsor contact
- •Build a recovery support network
- •Step work is encouraged and supported
Meetings & Recovery Participation
- •Phase 1: Minimum 5 meetings per week
- •Later phases: Minimum 3 meetings per week
- •Meeting log verification required
- •Homegroup attendance encouraged
Curfews & Phases
- •Phase 1: 10 PM curfew
- •Phase 2: 11 PM curfew
- •Phase 3: Midnight curfew
- •Phase advancement based on compliance and recovery milestones
Employment & Daily Activity
- •Employed, seeking work, in school, or volunteering
- •Structured daytime activity required
- •Exceptions for medical or disability on case-by-case basis
- •Support provided for job search and career planning
Chores & Community Responsibility
- •Rotating chore assignments
- •Kitchen, bathroom, and common area upkeep
- •Personal space cleanliness standards
- •Community respect and shared responsibility
Guests & Visitation
- •Structured visitation hours by phase
- •No overnight guests
- •All visitors must be approved and sober
- •Family visits encouraged within guidelines
Drug & Alcohol Screening
- •Random and scheduled drug screens
- •Zero tolerance for substance use on property
- •Breathalyzer testing as needed
- •Prescription medications must be disclosed and verified
Relapse Protocol
- •Immediate drug screening upon suspicion
- •Recovery plan review with staff
- •Clinical assessment may be required
- •Continued residency evaluated case-by-case with compassion and accountability
Inspections & Safety
- •Room inspections conducted regularly
- •Contraband-free environment
- •No weapons, drugs, alcohol, or drug paraphernalia
- •Safety protocols for all residents
Zero Tolerance Policies
- •No violence, threats, or intimidation
- •No substance use on or off property
- •No stealing or destruction of property
- •Violations may result in immediate discharge

All rooms are semi-private (shared accommodations). No private rooms are currently available. Rent is due weekly. Late fees may apply. Specific arrangements discussed during intake.
